This rack card was conceptualized and created as a solution to communicate to a growing community of patients an easy way to connect to the medical practice through various social media channels. The client requested a marketing piece that would communicate to the audience in a fun, youthful way generating an increase in social media followers and engagement. This piece is currently displayed across four office locations and distributed in all new patient consultation folders.
